1. Sturdy ,fully closed motor with IP54 protection class,B class temperature rise,F insulation level could work  in 24/7 condition efficiently without any trouble.The high voltage motor is equipped with a motor coil temperature sensor to self-protect and all products are equipped with a power phase sequence protector,which protects the safety of the principal machine.Besides,special requirements design are available (high voltage 、explosion protection level 6000-15000V,and relevant soft startup system).
2. German KTR cluth,duplex flexibility element ,with good buffering is more reliable and ensures the longer life time of the air end and motor,imported elastic clutch,guarantees permanent alignment in the direct–coupling drive and adsorbs the impact while starting and stoping
3. Schneider electric parts,latest PLC control technology uses a modular structure.All I/O interface circuits are shielded with photoelectric separation to avoid radiaton and disturbances for greater security

1.  Scientific and reasonable heat emission flue design,large-volume rear cooler,fully aplicable to the operation environment in the Southeast Asia ,could normally work in 46 ℃
2. The independent super centrifugal fan and the cooler are installed at the lateral face or the air compressor,so the heat could be rejected via the forced circulation.On the strength of the thermodynamic principles and the unique design in the cooler,the cooling effect is further improved,also,when the machine stops,the surplus heat will not be accumulated ,so that the high temperature resistant is really achieved .In addition ,this air exhaust & refrigerating system boasts and excellent as well as the convenient disassembly,maintenance and cleaning
